Corporate Event Venue in Atlanta

Host your launch, summit, or holiday party in a room that does not look like a hotel ballroom. The West Venue is a blank-canvas event space in West Midtown Atlanta: two connected indoor spaces with 30-foot ceilings, a color-changing LED ceiling, and a projection mapping system you can brand end to end. Weeknights are wide open, and weekday rates start at $3,900.

Two spaces, one event

The Hall. 4,700 square feet. Seats 270 at rounds, more theater-style for a keynote. Projection mapping across the room for branded visuals, a 10-foot chandelier, tall wood ceilings, and full-ceiling color-changing LED. Round tables and Chiavari chairs included.

The Lounge. 2,500 square feet with 20-foot ceilings, a large built-in bar, and two projection walls. Works as registration and catering, a breakout room, or the reception after the main session in the Hall.

These rates are from our Info and Pricing page and are subject to change. Rentals are 8 hours unless noted.

Monday to Thursday: the Hall $3,900, the Lounge $3,900, both spaces $5,500, both for 11 hours $5,900
Friday and Sunday: the Hall $4,400, the Lounge $4,400, both spaces $5,900, both for 11 hours $6,400
Saturday: the Hall $4,900, the Lounge $4,900, both spaces $6,900, both for 11 hours $7,400

Catering and bar

Bring your own licensed and insured caterer, or choose from our preferred list. Bar service is customizable, from a hosted open bar to drink tickets or a limited menu.

Frequently asked questions

How many people fit? 270 seated in the Hall, around 150 seated in the Lounge, 200 or more standing. Book both spaces for larger events or for a separate breakout and catering area.
Can we brand the room? Yes. The projection mapping system and LED ceiling let you run logos, colors, and motion content across the space.
Do you provide AV staff? The projection system is included. Ask us about microphones, sound, and a day-of technician when you inquire.
What about catering? Your own licensed and insured caterer, or a vendor from our preferred list.
Is weekday availability good? Yes. Monday through Thursday is usually open and priced lower.
How much setup time do we get? The 8-hour rental covers most events. Add the 11-hour option for a full production load-in.
